CT vape shop raided for second time this year. Clerk arrested after alleged discovery of marijuana

Norwalk police raided Sono One Stop vape shop on Washington St. for the second time this year on Wednesday, December 13th, resulting in the arrest of clerk Aiman Faroq Mohsen-Alhodais, 20. Investigators allegedly discovered approximately 1.5 pounds of cannabis products, including marijuana cigarettes, containers of marijuana, and THC edibles. Mohsen-Alhodais faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell, and also had an existing warrant for sale of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $100,000. The shop was previously raided in January and cited in November for non-compliance with a city ordinance targeting vape shops selling marijuana without a license. A second violation under the ordinance could lead to a six-month suspension of the store’s license.
