The unit, formerly occupied by Lera Vapes Expert Supermarket and Johnsons dry cleaners, is currently boarded up. The application, made by Tamoor Khan of Savour Station Ltd, aims to revitalize the property and offer a unique menu in a busy shopping area, potentially creating jobs and increasing revenue. The proposed takeaway would operate from 11am to midnight and includes measures to mitigate noise and smell disturbances for residents in the building's upper floors, such as a new kitchen extraction system and anti-vibration brackets.
