The University of Greenwich leads with 727 incidents, followed by the University of Sussex (426) and University of Essex (258). Many top institutions, including Russell Group universities like the University of Edinburgh (194 incidents) and University of Manchester (191), have issued fines and formal warnings. While indoor smoking is illegal in the UK, vaping rules vary by university. The data highlights enforcement challenges in student accommodations.
