The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has launched an investigation after a man working at a motor roadshow in Punggol was allegedly filmed vaping. The incident reportedly occurred around 7:20 p.m. on August 30 at a Dongfeng Motors roadshow in Waterway Point. An anonymous user who sent the footage to Instagram account sgfollowsall said they noticed the man repeatedly taking puffs from a vape-like device while a family with children sat at the table behind him. The video was uploaded to Instagram on September 22. Volt Auto, the authorised distributor for Dongfeng Motors in Singapore, told Chinese publication Lianhe Zaobao that it has identified the man in the video and is handling the incident internally while cooperating with authorities. HSA confirmed it is aware of the incident and has launched an investigation.
