Vape shop owner faces more sex assault charges; man sought in exposure incidents
Summary
Mouhamad "Frank" Sabra, a 64-year-old Burlington vape shop owner, is facing additional sexual assault charges after three more women came forward, Halton Regional Police said. He was initially arrested on September 8 and charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of failing to comply with a probation order. On Wednesday, he was arrested and charged with seven counts of sexual assault, two counts of indecent act, and breach of a probation order. Police urge anyone who may have been victimized to contact the child abuse and sexual assault unit. Separately, Toronto police are seeking a suspect linked to three indecent act investigations in the city's east end, including incidents on September 8 in the Woodbine-Danforth area, September 23 on the Taylor Creek Park pathway, and a similar incident last Wednesday at the same park trail. The suspect is described as about 5-foot-7 with a thin build, last seen wearing dark blue cargo pants, a black T-shirt, a hooded sweater with the hood up, and an athletic-style ski mask, riding an electric kick scooter. Police have released a photo of the suspect.
