Vaping products stolen in string of Ottawa County business burglaries
Summary
A series of three related burglaries occurred early Saturday morning in Holland Township, Ottawa County, targeting three businesses located within a few miles of each other. Deputies responded to alarms at Sweet Fire Tobacco, Inline Vape, and Pine Creek Mobil Mart. According to Sgt. Michael Tamminga of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, at least two suspects forced entry by breaking the front doors and shattering glass at all three locations. The suspects stole thousands of dollars worth of various smoking and vaping products, and caused thousands of dollars in property damage. All businesses were reportedly able to open as normal on Saturday, and the investigation is ongoing, with police asking the public for any information.
