A 25-year-old man, Krish Khalifa, was fined S$12,000 (US$9,300) in Singapore for sharing videos and photos of himself vaping on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok between November 2023 and September 2024. This is the first time the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has prosecuted someone for this specific offense. Khalifa was also fined an additional S$2,000 for possessing three e-vaporisers shown in the posts.
