The group urges the government to adopt a comprehensive prohibition on all novel tobacco products, echoing a previous proposal by the Department of Health (DOH) to strengthen measures against vaping and emerging tobacco products due to public health concerns. The DTI has released a draft administrative order and is seeking public feedback on the proposed ban.
