The Bee Cave City Council unanimously denied a specific-use permit for RaveBox Smoke Arena, a proposed smoke and vape shop located at 3827 RM 620. City officials cited several reasons for the denial, including insufficient parking spaces, layout issues, landscaping concerns, signage problems, and unauthorized outside storage. The Planning and Zoning Commission had previously recommended denial.
