Health Minister Mustafa Kamal noted that vaping has become a “fashion” among teenagers, despite Pakistan importing these products with foreign exchange. Senator Sarmad Ali emphasized the bill’s focus on preventing underage use, while the committee agreed to further consultations and requested a detailed briefing with proposed amendments at a future meeting to establish a suitable regulatory framework.
