Investigators determined that Harvey and the victim had been arguing and physically fighting before Harvey retrieved a 9mm handgun and shot the victim. Harvey was observed with cuts and scratches during her arrest and reportedly asked officers if she could vape and if she would receive a life sentence. She was scheduled to be sentenced on January 26th as part of a plea deal.
