The bid was submitted in partnership with a leading tax stamp track and trace technology provider. The contract, valued at £38.4M (approximately $51.84M) including VAT, covers a five-year period with an option for a one-year extension. Spectra anticipates generating approximately 15% of the total revenue. CSP will handle stamp production and authentication features, while the partner will manage ordering, payment, data collection, and supply chain tracking for HMRC.
